This mood board was created for FLEX, a crypto banking brand focused on advanced security and exclusivity. The brief called for a luxurious look that diverged from conventional finance aesthetics, steering away from overused black-and-gold palettes and minimalist tropes.
The design direction draws from industrial materials, mechanical precision, and digital innovation, blending analog warmth with technological sophistication. Copper became the central tone—symbolizing both conductivity and value—supported by deep blue and dark neutrals to convey trust and intelligence. Each visual element, from precision watchmaking to circuit-inspired patterns, reinforces the brand’s positioning at the intersection of luxury, security, and innovation, setting FLEX apart as a future-facing, confident brand.
The FLEX logo I created combines strength and sophistication through a geometric eagle mark symbolizing freedom, precision and trust. A refined copper gradient and deep color palette reflect the brand’s fusion of luxury and technology, establishing a bold yet timeless identity for a next-generation crypto bank card.
The brief asked for a card design like no other so I went for a vertical design with minimal but luxurious aesthetic. The unique features like the screen and the fingerprint reader helped me achieve a truly exclusive looking card.
The client also requested a few UI elements to help them imagine how an App or website may look like. I created an unusual yet luxurious and exclusive look. The see-through glass framed by thin copper shouts luxury and the mechanical looking buttons and elements suggests Swiss watch style engineering. The copper gradient, the glass, the mechanical elements all together created an almost "Neo-steampunk" aesthetic. Don't try to look that up, as I literally just came up with it.
